Just as we can struggle in our romantic relationships or in our friendships, we can also struggle in our families. In my experience, if one person in the family is struggling, others may be too. My goal is to offer help and support so that everyone feels heard and supported in the family, so you can get back to the things you enjoy together!

Marriage/Couple Counseling

Having a partner in life can be the most rewarding thing, but sometimes it can be really hard! If you and your partner are struggling and would like to have some extra support, I strive to create an environment where both people are heard so that we can work towards your goals as a couple together.

Individual Counseling

There are many reasons to seek counseling, and sometimes we just need someone to help us process life and the struggles that come with it! I offer individual counseling as a stand-alone service but also may use this for my families and couples as well.

Payment and Insurance

Pricing

Payment is due at time of service. Fees range from $120 to $150 per session depending on service provided. I know that costs can sometimes be a burden and so I am paneled with some insurance companies and I do offer a sliding scale for a limited number of clients who are paying out of pocket.

Cancellations

I know that life happens sometimes. If it happens to be near a scheduled appointment, I just ask that you cancel within 24 hours. No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee.
